SOMALILAND TRAFFIC LAW

 As no comprehensive law relating to road traffic has ben passed since Somaliland’s re-assertion of its independence in 1991, the comprehensive, but dated, Somali Republic Traffic Code, Legislative Decree No: 4 of 16 December 1962 is, as far as possible, used in Somaliland.
